Hinckley Academy... continuing the legacy
Blending the old with the new....
It was a gym, it's been a sewing factory, it was used for storage, and now...
This building will be converted into a Center Stage Theatre!
Dedicated to the loving memory of Doloris Meyers, The Doloris Theatre will be a home
for a community theatre group. The unique architecture and excellent acoustics in this
building will provide a valued addition to the rich cultural heritage in our community.
Please Contact Us if you have a desire to be a part of this community theatre group!
Currently we are considering calling us the Great Basin Theatre Company! Our first
production was for the Hinckley Academy Benefit Show! Visit our Services/Events page
for current fund raising efforts!
There is also a theatre located within the Hinckley Academy. With restoration this
could be home to smaller productions, children's theatre, dances with live bands, and
much more.

theatre. A lot of
work needs to
be done, but
look at the
beautiful arched
ceiling and
imagine the
possibilities!
Can't imagine it?
Then look at
